Motorcycle movers are used for new bikes

The biggest motorcycle I ever owned was 750cc. A Yamaha. Not the sort of bike you’d pay a motorcycle movers to shift across state (or across country) for you. No. Rather, it was a bulky, well used machine that went like a solid rocket. I rode half way up the island on it on at least one occasion. On that trip Rob and I traveled through the night. We were young and confident in those days. Now I would only move at night and would not have gone on a motorcycle. Even with a helmet and plenty of padded bike clothes, the jacket and gloves, I was cold. Just lucky that it was not raining. Well, we got there no trouble .And so I would always have moved it on my own, rather than using a good motorcycle mover to do the job for me.
