A Pleasure Doing Business 3/3

Sometimes, it’s not always a pleasure doing business.  Sometimes- actually, a lot of the time, running a business is really hard work.  Employers need to be cognizant, above anything else, of how they are treating their employees as well as how satisfied their employees are with the business because this will typically reflect on how well the business does.  Employees that are treated poorly tend to perform worse at work and are more disgruntled.  There is no morale, and the employee will grow to resent his or her boss, which may eventually lead to them quitting.  Think about it, if you were an employer and you treated your employees badly, chances are pretty good that your business would fail because you would have no employees left!  So, if you are an employer, make sure that you are treating your employees well; it will be more profitable in the end!
