Check The IRA Package And IRA Rules

Before entering a company, you have to check the benefits that you will be getting and not only place everything on the salary.  Check your benefits and the terms and conditions of it.  Check the policies if you have any beliefs that would go against it that might create a problem for you in the future.  Check also the retirement package and the IRA Rules that comes with it. Check all sides and if everything is ok with you. Well, say yes and sign the contract.  That was what I did before I signed my employment contract.  So I stayed for 10 years because I loved it.
