We have currently have a first mortgage on our house. We have been wanting to update our kitchen since we bought our house 8 years ago. Now that rates are so low, we are thinking about taking out a second Seattle mortgage loan. The process for applying for a mortgage is easier than ever. We are looking forward to easily and quickly completing the process so that we can move forward with our kitchen renovation.
