Making Cakes

I have never been much of a cook. At least not when it comes to normal food. The only area of culinary thinking that sticks in my brain is cake. For whatever reason, I am uncommonly gifted in the area of cakes. When I went to culinary school, I knew there was graduate jobs in the field of cake making, but I didn’t know if I was good enough. The experience has been nothing but positive for me. I have learned so much, and I think that I have employment the day after graduation. I am so excited that I can hardly wait.
