I was so surprised when I got a call the other day from the insurance agency where my mom had gotten her term life insurance quotes from. She told me she was going to get some life insurance, but I didn’t know she had already done it. She apparently had had it for quite some time. When she passed away, I found a bill that was due, it was fairly large and I was pretty stressed about how I was going to pay it. Fortunately the agent sent me the check right away and I was able to pay the bill in full. My mom always thought ahead.
