To be able to get hold of payday loans you will need to have steady employment (and be able to show proof). You will also need a bank account with a valid debit card. For a UK payday loan, you must be a UK resident and over eighteen years old. Unlike in the US where payday lenders do not conduct any kind of credit check, UK payday loans may require an abbreviated credit check.
