Will I Get Paid More With Certification?

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Assistance, and I am starting to look for paralegal jobs. However, I am wondering whether I should study for and take the tests for one of the certifications offered by the National Association of Legal Assistants or the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. Would I get paid more or be more likely to get a job with one of these certifications? How difficult are they to get? And is a certification from one of the organizations better than that from the other? Does it cost a lot to take the exam for certification?
