I do not believe that anything can epitomize mountain photography like images of the Great Smoky Mountains. If you ever have a chance to observe the sun setting behind the Chimneys from Morton’s Overlook or see a sunrise from the Foothills Parkway you’ll know what I am talking about.The Smoky Mountain nature encounter is impossible to describe correctly in words alone.  The perfect photograph that has captured this moment says what words cannot.  Each time I am in the Smokies I strive to capture the moment before me perfectly so that it will interpret exactly the essence of this spectacular area. For as long as God will allow me, I will dedicate myself to photographing all of the majesty and beauty of the Smoky Mountains.

I had a baby shower to go to for my niece so I took a photo from her last ultrasound and turned it into a canvas looking photo. My daughter just finished two years at a junior college. I am glad that she decided to go to college after school because I was worried that she would not and just bounce around and never find herself. Now that she has done two years, she has a better idea of what she would like to do. My daughter is now thinking about vegetarian culinary schools. She has taken some college cooking courses and really enjoyed them. She has always been a great cook and a vegetarian for five years, so I think that this would be a great field for her!
