Effectively Manage An Organizational Culture

To best know how to go about managing organizational culture, one must have a basic understanding of this newer concept.  Similar to other human cultures, this one is based on common values, beliefs, and assumptions.  If it were not for the culture aspect, there would be only a group of randomly involved individuals.  There would be no comraderie or organization.  This establishes the foundation for how a place conducts business affairs, interacts with employees and clients, resolves conflicts, and plans for the future.  Methods of communication, self image, and common goals are also determined by the organizational culture of a company.   It is what fuels the desire and provides necessary motivation to work together for the greater good.
