Key Questions to Ask When Considering Christian Alcohol Rehab

I get the impression that a lot of alcohol abusers and alcoholics in the United States fail to consider christian alcohol rehab as a viable treatment option.  Granted, our country has people with many different religious preferences but I would imagine that the vast majority of people in the U.S. are Christians.  And if this is correct, then I wonder why more American Christians ignore Christian alcohol rehab for their alcohol abuse or alcoholism.  Of course people have to do their homework, but the following represents some of the key questions when considering Christian alcohol rehab.  First, is the staff professionally trained?  Second, are there medical doctors on the staff?  This is important for the administration of medications.  Third, are a number of different treatment options available?  Does the rehab center offer inpatient and outpatient treatment?  Is family counseling available?  Does the rehab facility provide behavioral therapies?  Fourth, are there Christian therapists on staff?  These are just a few of the main questions that should be addressed when considering Christian alcohol rehab.
