Longevity is one of those things that almost everyone want to find ways to experience. I believe that not to many people know there is a whole market and almost cult like niche of people that will follow strict diets and try all kinds of different methods to increase their chances of longevity. One of these popular diets is one of calorie restriction. Restricting your calories has with out question been proven to promote longevity and lead to a much healthier life and better levels of increased energy, happier people and a much happier family life. This is the real deal and we should all do some form of longevity.
