I was getting my kitchen remodeled when my long term girlfriend came up with a few ideas of her own. She is a professional chef and she likes a kitchen a certain way. One thing she wanted to see was a center island complete with a sink. She also wanted to see a gas stove installed to take the place of my old electrical one. She also wanted to see me get a convection oven in place of the oven I had in place. I guess my Kitchen Remodeling project will be a collaboration and if I want my girlfriend to cook, I will have to go with it.
