My turn to cook - rats!

I worked a long day here in Maplewood, NJ. But that is not all, I had one of those bad days too. A long day I can manage, but combine a long day with a tuff day and you can pretty much say I am TKO. Now, unfortunately, my husband is out of town on a business trip, so that means I am the chef tonight! My kids cannot keep eating take-out, so fast food is out! I am going to rent one of those kitchens in the strip mall, pick a meal, pick for how many, and then pay them to cook my family meals! Now that is something to look forward to!
