My family is big on home improvement projects. Instead of going on trips or taking some vacation time we normally spend weekends planning different things to spruce up our home. I guess I’m lucky because my children share the same passion for home decoration and throughout the years they’ve given me several unique ideas in making our home beautiful. Most recently my eldest, Jacob came to me with a printed page from a website. It detailed several cool tips as well as great construction plans for an outside fireplace. I thought it was a brilliant plan, getting the kids involved in this exciting project. This was one of the best home improvement projects we ever did, as we spent hours of fun building it brick by brick.
