What it Took for Me to Make the Perfect Home Espresso

When it comes to coffee, coffee drinks and espresso, I am little Miss Picky.  I like it right, and I like to make it myself so it is right.  I learned over the years how to make the perfect home espresso.  My husband was my guinea pig during the trials and experiments.  He and I tasted some pretty sad tasting espresso before I got it perfect.  It was really pretty entertaining to watch his face when we were drinking the bad espresso.  Now that I have the right espresso machine and the right espresso blend, neither one of us make funny faces.  It may not be entertaining, but the espresso is delicious.
