We now understand some of the things that we can and should do should we wish to change our paradigms and programming to move towards being all that we wish to be in life. It is said that everyday we should repeat at least one positive affirmation multiple times in order to affect our subconscious mind.
We also now understand that the subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between whether we are actually doing something or whether we are imagining it. For that reason we can fool our subconscious mind with the use of a positive affirmation in order to be, do and have what we want.
