Planning Ahead

Many people do not actively wish to think of their own death.  Of course, this is not a subject many people like even discuss at all, let alone act upon.  However, it is very important to consider one’s own passing for many reasons.  One of these reasons is the importance of creating an estate or a will.  Last week, I hired a Nassau county probate attorney to help plan my own affairs.  I do not want to burden my family any further when I pass away.  This attorney was very helpful and she successfully created a working document that can dictate everything legally in a clear and concise manner.
