Climbing Gear for the Rock Wall

If you know anything about rock climbing, then I’m sure you can appreciate just how many different peices and types of climbing gear there is for this popular sport. But, as you may or may not know, the climbing gear that you need for an outdoor climbing adventure is different in many ways from the type of climbing gear that you may need on an indoor climbing wall.

An indoor climbing wall typically will already have ropes and systems set up in place for people wanting to come and climb. Many times they will also have harnesses there as well for you to rent, but you should bring a good pair of climbing shoes and a helmet if one is not provided to you. Indoor climbing is great fun, and a wonderful exercise for all ages. Don’t let something like climbing gear hold you back.
