I’ve been teaching yoga for over twenty years and suddenly, I am in the midst of a major life change. I am devoted to nurturing my body through good food, healthy habits and Weight Training for Women. My knowledge in yoga is helping me build my muscles with a more intense workout. I had to change some of my foot wear, because the intensity of my weight sessions required different attire. I found great value in learning new positioning and posture techniques. As a result of my workouts, my thighs and calf’s are more toned and much stronger, than when I was doing, just yoga.
