Once you download iTunes simply subscribe to the many podcasts available and the podcasts should be added to your Zune automatically next time you go to sync. If the Zune software doesn’t recognize the iTunes podcasts go to settings then collection and make sure that the new iTunes directory is in your "Monitored Folders" list.
