I have been with the same cable company for the better part of the last decade. I still remember the first day that I started receiving their service and how it made me feel. For the past 3 or 4 years that feeling has been wearing off. Now more and more I am feeling very dissatisfied with my service. It’s not that I don’t want to be loyal, it’s just that I have been feeling like I am missing out on something. Recently I saw some Comcast Promotions that were advertising features much better than mine, with a lower price tag. You can guess what I did next.
